Drink! We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
We are a full service, high volume restaurant with 180 waterfront dining seats on the patio, two full service bars (one inside & one outside), 65 seats inside, plus a 20 seat private dining room.
We are seeking employees who enjoy the hospitality business and are looking to further their hospitality career.
There is lots of room for growth! Experience with Italian cuisine and wine is a HUGE PLUS! Primary Functions:
Establish and maintain the restaurants standards of service.
Manage pars of all items needed Review company financials and create action plans on a weekly basis Oversee all FOH departments and coordinate with other managers Field phone calls & oversee reservation process Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
Assist with special events as needed.
