Northrop & Stradar, PC is seeking a full-time Estate Planning and Probate Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join its team! The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be extremely organized, have a proactive mindset, be detail-oriented, and must be comfortable working closely with clients and attorneys.
Critical to this position are reliability, attention to detail, discretion, and respect for confidential information.

Responsibilities include:
Assist attorneys and other firm members with all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, probate proceedings, and other client matters.
Provide a range of legal and administration support to lawyers and other firm personnel and enhance office effectiveness.
Handle communications with clients and outside attorneys.
Preferred Skills:
Solid work experience, showing history of commitment.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (e.
g.
, Zoom and Microsoft Teams).
Excellent proofreading and organizational skills.
Strong math skills.
Ability to adapt to new tasks and situations.
Timely completion of tasks.
