Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team and help lead our veterinary office to continued success.

Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the veterinary office, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and training to staff members.
Manage client relations and ensure that all interactions reflect our commitment to professionalism and quality care.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and compliance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of service we provide.
Requirements:
Veterinary experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a veterinary practice.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
