We offer complete veterinary wellness services as well as overnight accommodations, grooming, daycare, and training at our Pet N Play Luxury Resort.
Pet Resort Receptionist's are responsible for promoting our services, scheduling daycare reservations completing and sending out daily report cards handling busy phone lines in an upbeat and professional manner greeting and checking in and out our overnight and daycare guests running dogs in and out of the facility during check in/check out maintaining electronic medical records, and basic computer work.
Pet Resort Receptionist's act as a pet advocate, promoting products and services which are in the best interest of the pet, as well as educating clients on their importance and benefits.
Customer Care Specialist are the face of our practice and are the first impression our clients get.
The right person will:
love to smile and will make a good first impression on the phone and in person.
be a team player who loves animals and is not afraid to jump in and get things done.
