Qualifications - Previous experience in Check Cashing management or a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of money operations, safety protocols, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer systems/software used for management (e.

, POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
