We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects.
This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials and tools - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and nailing - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with the installation of fixtures, structures, and equipment - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings is a plus - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
