Job Description:
Service Advisors greet customers and answer questions, offer additional services and products.
Document customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
Prioritize requested services and provide options.
Document services declined Ask for follow-up on future service appointments.
Keep customers informed on completion times and expenses.
