Bartender duties and responsibilities include drinking preparation, serving, maintaining a clean and orderly bar, as well as ensuring safety and comfort for guests.
Skills Positive attitude and excellent customer service orientation Excellent communication skills Ability to take orders, run cash register, and work with customers Knowledge of various drinks and ability to make recommendations Ability to take direction well from management staff Flexibility to work various shifts and open early or close as needed Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
