Summary:
Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas to maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Able to follow written directions and record information using high school level literacy skills.
Visual and auditory acuity.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Able to engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Able to work outdoors in extremes of heat and cold.
Experience:
Experience in housekeeping or maintenance work.
Personal maturity, calmness of disposition, and a friendly supportive attitude are required, as is a willingness to learn.
On the job training is provided.
