As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area.
Essential duties following; other duties may be assigned.
Compile data from previous work day and generate reports for managementMaintain attendance log for hourly employeesMaintain sanitation logMaintain log of warehouse selector errorsMake calls to stores weekly, sort and pay bills accordingly, and maintain filing systemPrint and distribute attendance logReview files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requestsOther duties as assigned"Recommended Education:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
